Lent... Again
So since starting it has not been to bad, but I do think the fast food part will result in being more difficult than expected, as sometimes I do not control what is for dinner so the plan to handle that is, to eliminate eating burgers and such.. granted this might be cheating but in all honesty I’m not feeling like lent this year… I will stick to no chocolate and no alcohol for the duration of lent with the added no burgers.

I have decided to take on all 3, with the thought of not knowing what is really considered as fast food.
The plan against no fast food is to say all places with drive-thru windows will be considered bad. Example - McDonalds, Burger King, Wendys, etc.. It may seem like a way to cheat or something but it’s way to much work to figure out whats fast food or not.
So from now until 04/17/2010 I shall not eat chocolate, drink a beer, or eat fast food.
As an additional bonus Oscar my friend will be giving up red meat for Lent which will be much more difficult than it sounds as thats all he ever eats.

I’m stuck on what to give up for lent… I have a few things I thought of but not sure which one to pick.
1) Give up chocolate… done 2 years in a row
2) Give up drinking… this one sounds stupid because I hardly drink any more so whats the point.
3) Give up fast food… This one could actually be tricky as whats considered fast food? would pizza hut be considered fast food…
Today is the first day of lent so I will try to avoid all 3 of them until I make my decision.

Today I decided to dump my hosting account and just use Tumblr its perfect enough for all that I do… and I hardly use any of my space any more so thats a $3.99 savings per month…
Sometimes you realize you don't need to change
I started this year thinking I needed to change things about me, to make others happy.. I realized I shouldn’t try to be someone I’m not…
Granted at times I could be a better person but overall I’m not the worst person you will ever know.
There are some things I will still try to be a little better at but I have everyone I would like in my life and very happy about that, even though at times it may not seem that way.
I have no complaints I have amazing parents, great sisters and step family who I care very much about, the most wonder fullest girlfriend ever, and friends I would never want to lose or replace.
